It happened on 22nd March. My doctor was going to induce me on 23rd but on 22nd I had some pain and some mucusy blood, called my doctor and she told me to go to hospital for checkup.Baby' s heart beat and my contraction were checked, everything looked normal, I expected to go home and come back in the morning for inducement but nurses called my doc and doc told them to admit me in hospital and start the inducement. I was only 1 cm dialated, induction started at 1:30 pm. I was not able to bear the pain so epidural was given to me at 230 pm. I was 4 cm dialated after one hr and 10 cm dialated by 7:00 pm. I started pushing at 7:15 pm. Baby was coming down, everything was going well but as the baby came down lil bit more his heart beat increased and stayed there continously. My doc at that point took the decision for C-section and baby was there by 8:50. Later on doc found out that cord was around the neck and head, so I think that C-section was the right decision. We named the baby \" Anmol\" , he weighs 6lb 7oz, 19\" length and is doing perfectly fine.
