Name: hello

for all the wishes. Yup, it hurts very much at times and pain medications help only so much. I hope I heal well in about a few weeks. My mom just couldnt beleive that I couldnt deliver a 6 pounder without episiotomy. Even I feel let down when I think about taking an epidural and getting a 4th degree tear for a small baby. I had post partum blues when I was constantly thinking about my poor pain tolerance and my lack of strength and determination to push a small baby out. Im trying to come out of it by looking at my lil one and with my husband' s encouragement.
Im wishing all the moms who are still waiting all the very best and luck. Have faith in God and He always has the best plans for you and the baby.

Nishta means spiritual meditation. How' s iniyan doing now?

Its agony to have a 4th degree tear. I cant imagine you coping with the pain and 2 kids . Hope you get all the help needed.

Hi

hang in there.A few more days and we will be reading your birth story. All the very best to you.

hi hello..

There is no satisfaction like delivering your baby vaginally. AND YOU DID IT !

I am a second time mom to be, and my first one was also a 6 pounder, and I had taken epidural too and also got the episiotomy, but somehow the happiness and a sense of fulfillment that I was successful in having a ' vaginal' birth (which is the natural way) versus a C-section, was so overpowering, that things like epidural, episiotomy hardly mattered to me. I was floating on cloud nine !

So cheer up, and thank yourself that you have been one of them who got to experience that. As you see, even the ones with C-sections are trying so hard for a VBAC. Count your blessings, and get rid of the blues. You have been blessed with the experience that is every mom' s dream.

All the best and enjoy your little bundle of joy!

Hello

dont worry about not being able to do it without epidural. my first one was like urs with epidural and forceps and he was also only around 6 lb. second one will be a lot different. so that will give u a satisfying experience if u go for second one. i had postpartum blues for 2-3 weeks last time but this time again it was only couple of days. so hang in there and u will enjoy motherhood. how is bf coming along? first few weeks might be hard but dont give up. once u get the hang of it soon it will be a breeze. how is nishta doing? infact last time i even had pitocin and i was not well informed and so did not even ask the epidural to be shut off for pushing. so pl dont stress urself. take care. good that ur mom is with u. stay in touch
