hi people..hope everyone is doing fine..wanted to know if anyone else has had a similar problem-had some calf and knee pain for 1-2 days, and last night it became very severe..only in the left leg, from the pubic bone to thigh to knee cap. It was like a severe ache (the kinds u get after heavy exercising or riding a horse!).Its slightly better now...any ideas as to why it happened? My doctor isnt available for a few days.. Prishi replied. I feel them too- Try using a pillow to elevate your legs- an icepack would help too.

This is probably Sciatic nerve pain which occurs in some pregnant women. it is not a cause for concern, but is really painful and will be gone once your little one arrives.. In either case check with your doc..

I experience it too..on some days . And yes its my left leg that pains too..feel like the cramps i get during periods..i make my hubby massage my legs at that time..hehehe..:)
I think its normal , as i read some articles on the net . You can check with ur doc too. Take care.
