i will be travelling to India from States.i will be around 19 weeks then.
it would be a long flight of arnd 22 hrs. Can anyone suggest me of the precautions required.
& just on the flip side... is it safe travelling during that time?

Santoshi it is safe to travel till 32-34 weeks unless advised otherwise by your doctor. I would be travelling in mid April from US and I would be 24 weeks by then ..as Shelly suggested preferably take a break journey rathere than direct flight .Try to take the front seat would be lot easier if u could stretch .

Hello

Yes its safe to travel in 22nd month/unless the Doctor suggests otherwise due to X YZ reasons. I would be travelling back in 23rd month.
However ur flight is certainly long (mine is 13 hrs)
the doctor will tell me abt precautions in the last visit. But the things she suggested as of now are
1) Preferably take a flight with has a halt/halts in between rather than a continous LONG journey.
2) Stand up and take a Walk in the aile as frequently as possible.
3) Drink less of Orange juice/ prefer others(I read on internet)
Will upadate you when i know more :)
