Dear All

I am in my 31st week and feeling very much similar to what i felt in 1st trimester. Firstly is anyone feeling nausea(not the same degree as in early pregnancy)? Also suddenly i have started feeling so tired these days. Second time moms do let me know that is it the way you feel after the baby arrives also?? I wonder how i will manage if this is how tired i wuld feel all the time.

During my last physical examination the doctor said the baby is in Cephallic (floating) position. What i understand is that the baby is head down but floating. Does the baby keep on changing positions until its engaged?? Also the books i have read say that the kicks u feel tell a lot abut the little ones' position. One feels the maximum kicks where the legs are. Is it true??
Also how can i have some respite fm the pain under my breasts? Feel so tired.

do let me know. lots of luv and luck
Chetana

hi chetana

I am in my 33 week now and I just had a ultrasound and the doctor said that the baby's head is already down. Yes, i do feel a lot of movements in the upper portion of my tummy, so its obvious that the baby is kicking me there and the funny thing is when i am working at my work and sometimes i sit stiff in front of my desk and bend towards the desk, i can feel the finger movements. its so ticklish, but its fun.

Regarding the pain underneath the breast try putting a small size pillow - like the throw-pillows on the sofa's..try them, they help a lot, put right beneath your breast at night and sleep on the left side. You won't even know the pain

Hi again,

It is very normal to have nausea again during last trimester.. for some ppl it is more and for some it is less. and yes tiredness is also very normal.. do not exert urself in any ways..anytime u feel tired please rest..thats what my doc suggested me to lie on the left side..and please dont ask me how does one feel after baby arrives :)) I have heard of only sleepless nights changing diapers and feeding ;) but ofcourse the joy of motherhood is attched to it and I am sure we all are gonna enjoy it ..One baby smile takes away all your pain and tiredness..I also feel very exhausted and tired .. so I try to rest whenever i can.
I am not sure about the baby position but what doc told me was that
baby can turn head down between week 28 to week 36 and engages head in pelvis varies from person to person it's not certain as to which week. But it may happen few hours to 4 weeks before labor(Even archie told me the same thing). I have also heard that the max kicks are felt where the legs are .. but not sure about that..I also want some information onit.. lemme know in case u get to know anything..

good luck !!
