Due Date Club October 2006:Nasal congestion - please suggest a remedy

hi all,

i am in Week 32 and am suffering from nasal congestion for the past 4-5 days.

now it's driving me crazy as i can't sleep well at night. and then i feel tired and sleepy all through the day at work. also it worsens due to the air-con at office and i can't concentrate on my work.

my next appt with my doc is only due next week.

i tried taking steam at home and sleeping at an elevated postion - but it gives relief for a very short time.

folks, if anyone has any other home remedies, please suggest them to me.
