hi all i am in my 30th week and went for a ultra sound today where i was told that the babys weight is fine but my amniotic fluid was low and that i have to do repeated scans frequently to make sure everything is fine ...please advise how to increase the fluid and what r the complications in my case is my baby safe??

hey, i am 32weeks pregnant and was told that my amniotic fluid has decreased a little. the best thing to do is to increase your fluid intake as much as possible and alot of rest.. that should work.

take bed rest and drink plenty of fluids. You can choose fruit juice(s) at least 2 - 3 times a day.
in third trimester it can go up or down but will restore with good fluid intake and total bed rest.
