Hi to All,

I am 8 month Pregnant.. I have 2-3 questions. First is I am feeling my tummy is in down position before it was up like just after the breast. Is it an early labour sign or what? Or it is normal...

2nd question is My mother-in-law told me to eat METHI(Fenugreek Seeds). But I am afraid its too hot here and it might cause bleeding or something. Can anyone help me with this questions.

What else to take care in last months? Do we need to walk more or not? We need to do more rest. I have sweling, gas all sorts of prob..

Thanks.
Best of Luck to all Moms to be...

Hey Don't be confused, u don't have to eat methi dana put have its water the correct process to have it is to tie 1-2 spoons of mehti dana in a piece of cloth and dip it for a couple of hrs in hots water and drink that water regularly. Also it is recommended mainly to have to it post delivery as it clear your stomach
I hope that will help

All the best

hi
i dont know abt methi..but my sister in law told me to start eating khajoor(dry dates) after 8th month...not too many..just a couple a day...it helps for you to have a normal delivery....Also if u can, mix a spoonful of badam rogan(almond oil) in a bowl of milk, and drink it every day...it will help strengthen ur muscles for labor and ease the labor pain....

i am in my 7th month and feel that the tummy is down... nothing to worry about my doctor told me. Its very much natural. Also about methi dana i am not very much sure, its supposedly hot and i think you can give it a pass(why to eat something you are dubious abt).

As far as walking more is concerned, follow what your body says. Walk do light exercises but only till you are comfortable. The minute you feel tired discontinue.

Eat a number of meals a day...small ones. Drink mother;s horlick regularly. Increase the intake of fibrous food. Rest keep replenshing your fluids.

Thats what all i am doing
hope it helps
take care
