Hi,

I suggest go to Jayanagar 4th block, you will find all the party decorations and also you can buy whistles, masks ballons and candies and put in a small bag and give it to kids that will come for the party.
Keep a theme for your party like pooh or noddy and order a cake acc to that.

Have some games for the kids as well as prizes for the winners. google for party games and choose appropriate ones depending on the age of the kids.

Try to get the food catered and you can relax and enjoy the party as well take care of your guests.
