Hi Archie,

I was in Septemeber 2006 board and delivered a baby boy in August 2006. I am in great dilemma and really need your advice. I recently find out that i am expecting again, and am really in state of shock/surprise as Dev is only 6 months old. I had two C-sections. One in May 2004 and another one recently in August 2006. My very first thought was to abort, but hubby dear wants to keep the baby. We went through a infertility treatment to have Om and we conceived through IUI. I have PCOS. If we decide to keep the baby, what are the health risks? I read about uterine rupture, but per my gynac, it only happens if i try to have baby naturally and she definitely don' t recommend it. So, it will be scheduled C-section. I has asked for birth control to my doc after Dev, but knowing our history, she said you guys don' t need one except you insist (now thinking why i didn' t insist :)) Also, when they did my blood test, my fasting sugar is 111. She did my ultrasound, but couldn' t measure the growth of fetus as its at very early stage and i didn' t get any periods after dev was born. I was nursing my son till week before i find out i am pregnant again.

Please advice on possible heath risks.

Thanks

Purvi
