Hi Archie
As in my previous post i have given you details of 3 hr GTT,my endocrinologist and OBs suggested me to follow a deit plan and then record random gloucose reading thrice ina day and do this twice a week .also i have consulted dietician
and she recommended no nuts no milk and no sugar also no fruits(infect she has suggested skimmed milk and one guava per day if I want)
but this diete plan is very strict and also seems strange at this stage of pregnancy.
I am very much confused and worried as well shell
i consult some other Doctor as well.
please suggest some thing.
is somebody else has gone thru any such sitution?

Go with your dietician recommendations. Although hard is in the best interest of baby and you.
