Dear All MOM,
i am in my 26 week pregnancy. i have to go my mother's home, which will take 24 hrs by train . is it ok to travel during 36 week. if not, then which week will be better. I can't go during 6 month of pregnancy.

HI Sarmila,

Plan towards the beginning of 8 months, if can't go in 7th month. 36 weeks is huge and make sure sombody accompany's you. Ask yur doc also. here also they say do all the travelling in 7 month. My mom used to go in those days from Calcutta to Madras...in seventh month also...you need to rest a lot before delivery.... all the best.

Dear Sharmila

I donot think you should risk going anywhere in your 36th week. I donot think the doctor wuld encourge that. Why to take such a risk? You plan your travel before you get to 30th week(since its a long train journey). Rest is upto you.
