had a missed abortion on Aug 7th 2007(no heart beat seen) Since Jan 2008 we have been trying however no success at all!!!!! I get regular periods, every 6th or 7th of the month.This month I got it on the 6th.So,my fertile period would be from 15th April to 25th April? (please correct me if I' m wrong). Do I need to take care of my food diet? I love having chicken? Do I avoid eating chicken? I have one cup of coffee in the morning and one cup in the evening. Please advice.I' m worried! Do give me few other tips.

Sherry. Anita replied. The rough prediction for ovulation depends on the length of your cycle. If your period starts 6th or 7th every month then you have a 32-33 cycle which seem a bit too long. But anyhow then your fertile day falls on the 16th day from the 6th so your prediction of 15-25th seem okay although 15th is a bit too early. I would say from 20-25th would be more likely. Why don' t you get an ovulation predictor and be sure about it? It is worth the money spent and puts your mind at ease...
You need to take care of diet regardless of ttc or not. Eat a healthy diet, staying away from junk food. Chicken is absolutely fine. And coffee too - 2 cups is just fine. Don' t stress too much about things like these.
Remind yourself that you got pregnant once (even though it ended) so your chances are good. You must be seeing a gyn so follow their advice.
Drink plenty of water and keep your spirits up. Exercise and be positive. I am sure it will happen soon. Good Luck.
