well subha give us some tips like i heard tht after pregnancy ur breast becoming sagging whts the things we shuld do so tht it will b in proper shape n some other tips which u think tht u shuld share.

Thanks so much for the wishes... by the Lord' s grace everything should be ok this time around..

About sagging of breasts, the only think ppl told me and I did was using a good supportive bra and also making sure that you support the breasts while feeding, so that the baby doesn' t pull it down.. another thing is to make sure that you wear the tummy belt as that will definitely help the uterus to shrink and also firm up the abdominal muscles.. Unfortunately, I did not do it religiously and my abdominal muscels were lose and sagging for quite some time..another thing you would want to think if the baby mosquito net in case you are in a place where that is a menace...

thats pretty much i can remember for now...got a pretty bad memory hehe...
