Hello Archie,

Thank you for responding to my concerns time and again.

This time my concern is on how much weight gain can be considered a healthy weight gain, by which I mean not too much or less.

I am 5 ft 1 inch tall and have been on the slim side all my life. I was 51.5 at 3-4 weeks and now that I am 24 weeks (as of yesterday) am already 60 Kgs. I still do not feel un manageable discomfort due to the weight yet and I maintain a active work life balance and my diet is not enormous, yet. I am still working and intend to do as long as I can. However, most people who see me say my bump is big, which I think I attribute to the fact that I am short and have always been slim so it is more visible, but I don’t know how good that reason is. My OB says everything is fine growth of the baby is per schedule.

For information I was wondering if I could get a fix on how much would be okay, it would be nice.
