Hi All

I am 26 week pregnant and working ,during office timee some time feel hungry and eat these pack foods like wai wai (short of cup noodles) by putting them in microwave.
but some days back some friends told me its not good to eat these junk foods these days .
they even say i should not be standing infront of microwave.
i am worried about this should i stop eating these foods.
please reply.

try to bring snacks from home, also some nutritious biscuits will do.
not too happy with noodles and wai wai during pregnancy.
standing before microwave should not be problem becuase it will be closed when functioning and less likely be affecting your health or baby in uterus. you can try to move aside from microwave from the point it starts till the process is finished. I am sure over 90% pregnant women warm something using Microwave in USA.
