Hello Archie,

I have a query....whilst everyone says walk loads if your practioner has given the permission. I needed to know how much should one walk in a day...I am 23 weeks today and there a few days at times when I am unable to fit in the walk regime into my daily schedule.

So just needed a rough idea on .... how much walking per day is considered good and can i walk more on some days if i am feeling upto it...wud that be in some way help in making up for the days i missed?

Shraddha,
walking exercise is perhaps the most simple and without any trouble for a pregnant women. This is the solitary reason many suggest walking.
If you manage to walk 30 minutes in morning and 30 minutes in evening each day should be OK but if you can walk more should be alright. Listen to your body and if it says no then avoid and if it permits go ahead and enjoy.

I don't think walking one day and not walking/less walking on otherday is going to fill the gap. But the day you can't make you should not be pushing it's OK not to.
