Archie, I had C-section with my daughter 4 years back. I was 40 weeks complete. My labor was induced. I only dialated 3 cms in 12 hours. My daughter did not engage till end. but my 2nd pg I delivered vaginally(22 weeks fetus). After induction I was dialited 10 cms in 14 hours. Now I wanted your advice for delivery method for current baby. Dr said as My due date is Nov 10th, I can schedule C-section from 1st Nov. Or I can wait till nov 10th and if I do not go into labor by myself then do C-section. She said she would not induce this time as it is harmful for the stiches of previous C-S. If I go into labor naturally, is it a good idea to try for vaginal birth? As in my both pgs I was induced, how much chance I have to go into labor naturally? Also if I decide to schedule, will it be alright to schedule C-S from Nov 1st. Will baby's weight going to be less if I deliver early (10 days prior to due date). Please let me know your opinion. I am offering this advise considering if I were you!
Do not take delivery decision ahead of time, let the nature take care of and circumstances decide what's best.

if you were induced last time after C-section and faced no trouble there is nothing wrong to have you induced. I think your Dr. is not that comfortable with VBAC. Otherwise should not have said all this so early.

delivering baby 10 days or 2 weeks ahead is not a trouble, infact anytime from the beginning of 37th week is fair.

I would absolutely give a try for Vaginal birht provided first baby was born by C-section mainly because failure to progress the labor. you should be positive and keep yourself physically active to get into labor naturally on or before the time.

Try to walk a lot and do some house chores, especially after knowing all is fine with baby.

I would suggest to wait until because C-section does not necessarily be elected unless required. If you have to have they will do it even if that's an emergency. Would they not do should you need it even a day or two before your scheduled C-section.

Think and decide. I am only telling what I will do if I were you not telling what you should do and should not because on medical ground you seems to go for either VBAC or repeated C-section.
