My scan report of 22 week says that baby is in breech presentation. Does that mean the delivery is not going to be normal. I am really getting scared. Is there anything i can do to make the position correct. Am i doing something wrong. Please help. Myrl replied. Dear Sania,
Don't worry, I too just had my 21st week ultrasound done and my baby shows in a breech position. I was concerned too and doc to me not to worry, the keeps floating around till the 32nd week. However here's some advice I check it out over the internet, you may do this exercise. Lie on your back, and rest your legs high against the wall, support your back with a pillow or towel. Your legs should be higher than your shoulder level. Stay in that position for 5 mins do three sets. 2nd Exercise Alternately, get on your knees with your forearms in front of you on the floor so that your bottom sticks up in the air. Stay in this position for five to 15 minutes. Both help move the baby around. kbg replied. hi sania!!!
how are you doing? regd the breech position of the baby, let me tell you that the baby keeps moving and rotating till the 32nd week as it will have space to move in the uterus. so your baby has still lots of time to come to the required position.
regd the delivery, it all depends on the last moment of delivering the baby. you can never program your delivery process. so if its a normal or c-section delivery, all that should matter is giving birth to a healthy baby and also keeping yourself healthy.
so stop worrying for things that are not in your hands.
