Hello sree
can you give me recipe of soups to her..
And as she has cold i didn't introduced any fruit to her except apple (she is taking only the sweet apples and unboiled only).
now iam not feeling good with her diet i want to give her fruit also which are best?

hai soups u can make from veg like tomatoes spinach carrot etc u can boil tomqatoes after making a splits on them till they r cooked then remove skin grind them and strain the juice to it u add little water salt depending on how ur child eats u can add other things like little pepper little chilli etc bring to a boil and u can feed it carrots spinach procedure same or u can mix all three of the vegetables also i fed my kids like this there is no hard and fast rule like u have to do it like this but u can try to make it according to ur childs likes and dislikes
apples r good but maybe slowly u can introduce other fruits also most fruits can be mashed so u can ry such fruits hope this helped u
