Thanks for ur replies - Archie and Mom to be, i had my ultrasound on june 8th, the baby is of the right size and everything is ok, the doc said not to worry too much regd the glucose level of 146, she just said to control the diet and to avoid sweets totally, reduce rice and increase protein intake. she asked me to have more of soya products.
I just needed some help with the quantity that i can eat, till date from the beginning of pregnancy, i have gained 5 lbs
i have dosas/idli/bread in morning(3) - 7.30 - 8
mid morning snack of fruits ( apple/orange/pear) at 11.30, lunch at 1 - 2 chapatis and any sabji with a helping of green leaf salad of lettuce, cucumber, carrots, cup of dal and a cup of curds, evening snack - a fruit,soya milk - 1 glass and some cucumber, 8.30 - dinner - rice - 1/2 cup, salad,chapati 1, cup of dal and curds
is it ok ?
