Hi All,
Is there anything that one can do or take care of to ensure a normal delivery.

I am looking for anything that one can do or take care of during the 9 months of pregnancy.

Regards
Preety

Hi,

I am 16 weeks and I have just joined Yoga and aerobic classes. Yoga is amazing, it teaches you different ways of breathing. Aerobic helps you to keep fit through out your pregnancy.

Hi Preety,

I' m sure everyone of us want to have normal delivery. Just keep yourself active, eat healthy and gain weight appropriately and avoid things that will give stress and are harmful. It' s pretty much does it all for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby, rest leave it to GOD!

Guess moms and grandmas knows better natural ways that helped them give a normal delivery. We can hope and pray for the best. I didn' t take anything special for having normal delivery for my first baby. But as I said, I was active, ate healthy food and gained weight acordingly and that' s it.

So I would suggest you not to worry abt the delivery from now itself and keep yourself cool. As daisy said, sometimes it happens even though we take all measures. So don' t worry, just keep thinking positive and pray for a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby!

Take care!

Preeti,

Are you from North and a punjabi. I maybe wrong.
As for delivery every pregnancy is different and some people even at brim of having normal delivery go in fot c-sec.
But some things that can help are regular 30 mins walks daily, also practice on kegel excercises and breathing excercises
In North they ask ladies to start having ghee with milk 3-4weeks before delivery for easy normal delivery. My mom forced me to have ghee & milk but then I had breech baby but my friend claimed that it helped in baby to slip out really fast.

As a friendly advice I will suggest to have open mind about delivery & think about healthy baby first & don' t get depressed if for any reason you have to go for c-sec

All the best
Daisy

Year of school admission
Hi, my son was born in January 2008. My doubt now is his school admission. CBSE needs children to complete 3 years and 6 months for LKG. Is this confirmed? If that is so, the age is calculated as on what date? If it is by June 1st, then our kids will miss out by a few days. That is still allright as many people nowadays believe it is good to join kids in LKG as late as... - Sujani [View Message]
