Hi Asha,
Hope you are feeling better. I know how hard it is to be lonely and feel afriad of every single symptom. Please try to engage yourself in things you like to do, or just go out for a walk and call your friends to talk or go to their place whenever you feel lonely. Depression is not good for you or your baby. So try to relax and you can write to me any time you want. I' m in my 17th week too, so we are sailing in the same boat.
I guess from your message you live in U.S. If so, you will have the nurse help line 24/7 where you can call anytime to ask for help from a certified nurse if you feel anything strange in your symptoms. And also you can always leave a message to your health care provider/Gyn/physician who will return your call with in 24 hrs.
About not feeling hungry, don' t feel guilty. I had the same situation last pregnancy and so many complications too. So just try to find out food you love toeat and whenever you can. from your message I can assume that you don' t haev any nausea or vomitting, so you are definetly blessed! Get help from your hubby, ask him to spend a lot of time with you which will make you feel comfortable and better.
Try to include lot of fluid, eg and fruits in your diet. Eat healthly even though it' s a small portion. may be you could sit in front of Tv and watch your favourite program and eat( which I do) to help forget abt food and obviuosly can eat better.
Please do take care of your health and call for help to your Dr.' s office and stay healthy and happy. Hope and wish you have a wonderful pregnancy!
Love,
KR
