It will reassure U and the more u feed the more u will lactate..it takes a mth for the supply to get established and feed every hr if u have to but do not give up..if ur baby passes 6-8 urines in 24 hrs and gains abt 1/2 a kg a mth for the first 5 mths..it means u r lactating very well...do not resort to outside milk in desperation
