Behavioural Problems:aggresssive child

hi,iam a mother of two.prob is with son.who is 10yrs .he doesnt obey ,not study.he always thinks in adifferent way if i tell him anything.now a days he doesnt bother nor obey .he always used to have support from my m'law ,where she always comes in between supporting .this is making me sad ,he says to go out of the house .he doesnt like me at all.my husband n me also have differences i guess this is probably one of the reason of his aggression .he is poor in studies one more thing is he always curses my father.both my kids fight ,no good relation between anyone .for every thing iam only blamed .is there any hope that every thing will be alright n will have good future .we give him whatever he want at the same time we try to explain which is imp.he is not a good eater also.i some times beat him ,when he was small.for any reason is this the reason for his hatred .iam panic i took him to a councellor but it is tooslow .any tips which help me to solve this problem.i do think sometimes iam a bad mother,not able to understand my son.please help me.
