Hello Guys
u r doing great job. and i get so much info just reading this forum. me and my husband are trying from past 3 months. but no luck. :( i have this book which shows, what your weight should be and all. now according to that chart i am 7 lbs underweight. is it possible Not to conceive because of that. please advise. and also this time i got my period like symptons 11-12 days before.which were Tenderness in breast and cramps and i should get my period tomorrow, and today i have period like symptoms which is tenderness in breast and my legs are hurting. is there still chance?
Please answer my ques.
i would really appreciate.

dear richa,
can't say if you are pregnant.
your weight indirectly speaks your health and I think you need to adopt a healthy lifestyle, eat nutritionally rich food and gain minimum 10 pounds. You should be in perfectly normal zone. if weight chart says you are 7 pounds below then lot of hormonal stuff can be behaving not so perfect. also while improving weight get more than 7 pounds so that you have little to worry.
