Name: Vidya I just visited my dr. for routine check-up of 16th week. Everything is fine, also heard the heart beat of my little angel.

Dr. changed my medicines, prescribed Vit. D tab. + Iron & Folic acid tab. + Pregnacare forte + Protein powder. Suggested 20 weeks 4d anomaly scan.

From today feeling pain under breasts, mostly after meals. anyone of you experienced this? if yes please share your experiences and remedies for this pain.

Hi....

Even I had visited my doc on Monday. She just touched my tummy and said everything is fine. No scanning was done.

I am currently taking MFolic (folic acid), Imax(Iron) and Calcium A Forte (Calcium).

I do not feel any pain around breasts. I think it is quite normal and a good sign also! You know in which way...mammary glands in action.

Since y' day, I am feeling a running pain in the upper abdomin...hoping that it could be due to gas or heat (no milk since many days now)...

Any baby movements yet? You may feel a little later Vidya...somewhere towards 20th week, as this is your first pregnancy. But 2nd time moms..please reply...I am just waiting to feel them :)

Hi Soumya,
Even i had my appointment with my doctor last week.She suggested me ultrasound scanning and i got it done.Everything is fine.She said since i am 30 now,this extra scan is helpful.also she advised me to go for triple test next week to be sure that no abnormalities are present.i didnt have this test last time and though i am not very happy about all the additional tests this time,i am going to do all of them.anyway no harm in doing what the doctor says,thats what my hubby says...
i know,if i was in kerala,my doctor would have also done just like yours and that would have been enough...
and movements,even i am waiting for them.i dont feel them as of now.i guess we can feel it within a week or two:)
