Subject:  meditation is useful



I have attended few seminars on meditation and gone through few books. According to me it is helpful to meditate early in the morning before starting your day. I have practicing this ritual since 5 years and I have managed to overcome worries and tensions. As a manager I have lot of responsibilities which give rise to tension. But now I feel stress free after I started practicing meditation.

Your article mentions power of positive thinking to manage stress. I am a working woman and I come across lot of situations which give rise to frustration. I often get irritated handling my office work and house tasks. Raising kids and doing job is not easy. But I am a firm believer of positive thinking. I try to keep my attitude positive and that helps me a lot to keep stress levels down.

Subject:  working out helps



I used to feel very nervous before my exams. I tried medicines to overcome stress but medicines did not help that much. Then I switched to yoga. Yogasanas are beneficial for mental as well as physical health. Apart from yogasanas long walks in the morning are beneficial for health. Pranayam and breathing exercises help to reduce stress level. I personally feel that exercises such as jogging, cycling and swimming make you feel better. My stress is in control and I am living much healthier life than before.
