I am 26 years old guy. I am experiencing a very rapid hair fall. The hair fall was normal for the past 3-4 years, but for the past 5-6 months it has just increased exponentially. My hair had stopped growing at all. they have become very thin, dry and rough and they keep on falling. The way they are falling , i am sure i will end up with a bald head in another 5 months. When ever I try to apply oil, i find more hair fall, due to which i am scared of applying oil. I am really very worried. Please help me. I have a dandruff problem as well.

Sorry to hear tht ur hair is falling off.
Try taking Biotin Vitamins daily.It will decrese ur hair fall.And also drink 2-3 cups of green tea daily.It prevents hairloss.
Get plenty of sleep,do some breathing exercises like pranayama.
I had lot of hair problem before...but once i started doing yoga and pranayama..within two months my hairproblem reduced a lot.Hardly 2-3 strands of my hair was fallin out.Try it out and u will know the diference.
