Name: ck When you give fresh fruits to baby, do you steam it and mash it or mash it raw? Is it okay to give raw fruits? Anybody giving mangoes? What all fruits you give?

hi ck,

i have been giving ripe mango to krishna (since it's the mango season), she loves it. I blend it in mixie (ras - called in guju). Also, I mash a banana with spoon and give it to her. I haven't tried other fruits, sometimes i do give her gerber fruit medley (which has a variety of them).

Hi ck,
I steam fruits like pear,apple and veggies like beans,squash and peas in the pressure cooker and then mash it and give it to my baby so that he can swallow it easily.

i am giving banana,papaya,mangoes,peaches and almost all fruits as well as gerber fruit jars.now i use to mesh raw fruits becoz our babies is big enough now to digest just try to buy for them ripe fruits becoz they can be easily massed.
