hi,
with gods grace Virej has started eating. i give him khichdi & dal+rice for lunch & dinner resp. for snacks i give him soups,juices, nachni or rawa poridge. my doc has asked to give him curd (1 wati in the afternoon & 1 at even.) r u guys giving curd to ur little one? hey curd is very good for health. it improves ur resistance power & makes ur emzymes strong. u all shud give ur babys curd.
one question i have, mom says to finish Virej' dinner by 7pm. but we usually eat late around 9pm, also my friend says not to gve rice at night. she says that rice at night causes gas in the tummy & gives u a big tummy(beer belly). i spoke to my pedi. for both the ques. she said that not right & that i can feed him whatever we eat & at whatever time we eat. i dunno whats right.
also do u still feed ur babys?

i cud not communicate these days coz my internet connection was not renewed. but now i m back on board.
how r u all doing with ur babies. can u imagine sometime back we were 8mths preg & now we have a 8mth naughty bundle of joy with us.
Virej crwals all over the house. he wants to pick up everything on the floor & put in his mouth. he wants to play with shoes & do everything i feel is not right............ he also climbs up with any possible support.........he falls & again gets up & starts doing masti. i guess this is the best part of r lives. he also says mama, papa, dada, baba etc in his own language. its fun.

I am from dec board....wanted to ask u abt nachni.Since when did u start giving ur little one nachni? How do u give it ,i mean do u mix it with water or something else? Are Nachni and Ragi one and the same? Pls help me clear my doubts.Thanks.
