hi all,

Riya is not at all taking solids.she is not taking gerber foods,cereal and her favourite banana as well.I wonder why she is doing like this.She wants what we eat.she wants from our plate.

Thts why I started home made rice with little sambar,milk n ghee(like kichdi).She takes only one spoon and no for the second spoon.
Anybody plzzz tell me how shld be the texture of kichdi.I make it like upma rava.Do i need to make it some more soft or more thick.How do u all mash it?wht texture does ur babies taking?

Can we start graduate flakes now?
What jucies we can give them now?Which one is good?
