Hello all August Mommies,

My bundle of Joy, Our son has arrived in this world on 26th July ,5:36 a.m.
It was a normal delivery ,very short labour. My water broke at 1.30 am on 26th and I deliverd him at 5:36 a.m!
Though my Mom is here to help me,with two kids now,I didn't get much time to even take a look at this board.
so here I congratulate all mothers on board and my wishes to all other to be moms for safe delivery.

Hi Rucha and mumtobe,

Thank you very much for your kind wishes!
Yes, I forgot to give the other details in my earlier message. We named our sweet little boy, Srikar and he weighed 8lbs abs 5oz, 22 1/4 long. Yes, he is a long (tall) baby!!
My daughter (the new big sister) is very very happy and is very excited about her baby brother.
She is there to help us changing diaper, giving milk, pating him gently...etc.
She talks about her new baby brother to everyone she get to see in our house (our friends) and at the store (even to new people)!!.
It's very nice to see her enjoying her little brother!!
