Name: Jichi Hi all Mommy-to-bes (now on MTBs)

HOpe all are enjoying your pregnancy. How many are feeling hungry often? and esp. @ night?

Myself....i have to stuff something in - every 2-3 hrs and also have to eat atleast once @ night.....otherwise i couldnt sleep properly.

evn i feel vvvv hungry.. all d time..
i eat in 2-3 hrs.
n smtimes at nite also im hungry..
wen i cant sleep den only i get up 2 eat
smthin.. coz m so lazy.. hehe

i' v othr problem too..
i urinate soooooo often...
n its too annoyin 2 get up at nites..
2-3.. smtimes 6 times...
my sleep is disturbed..

is any1 goin thru d same ??
pls leme know. coz m rily worrid

hi happy and others..

i too face the same thing..getting up often in the night to visit the loo..sometimes, i am not even able to open my eyes..its getting very difficult..i heard it will worsen in the days to come..i am getting really tensed on that one..

Thyroid

hi Jichi,
Even i had a little thyroid problem.Had tests done but the doc said it was in the normal range.Still my doc gave me hormone caps for a month.But everything' s normal.Thank god for that.My baby is really hypeer all the time.My mom is worried if its ok.Now her saying so is getting me worried too.Will have to speak to my doc about it.

hi....

Treated Thyroid has less or zero effect on baby. me too, i took tablets and is now in normal range...but since i had thyroid, they asked me to continue taking thyroid tablets(v.low dosage) now and till few months after delivery and then eventually to stop. my mom was also worried when she heard that....as they hear so many scary info abt tht from others :)

This pregnancy is a real rollercoaster ride.One minute i' m hungry and the moment i have a little of something i' m not.My nausea has not yet gone away completely but atleast i' m able to eat well and don' t through up.Have these unusual cravings for a particular fruit or some dish.My husband can' t help but laugh at my cravings as they are mostly at an unearthly hour.My appetite has just started to increase i think.Even i don' t eat anything at night.Rather i get up early and have toast or biscuits and then have breakfast.

oh yeah!i do feel hungry very often...not only at night through out the whole day...n i' ll be having something but at night(while sleeping) if i feel hungry i don' t take anything...should i take something?

its not necessary that you should take unless your hunger disturbs your sleep....now its 4AM here and i am awake...hungry! that is what happens to me:( so i ahve to eat atleast 2 biscuits and water to sleep for few more hrs!! the sad part for me is i have thyroid and i am not supposed to eat 4 hrs b4 i take my thyroid medication!!
