Hi Friends,

I have a suggestion for the people who are suffering from MIL problem. Encourage her to do yoga specially pranayam.This will control her modd swings and blows. I have seen a drastic change in my MIL after she started that. She is a cooler person now.

Yoga, pranayaam, omkar and meditation are really good for mind as well as body. If one can spend even 15 mins a day for this, should do it.
I dont know about telling it to MILs, but I would recommend this in general for all. If DILs can suggest this to MILs, that' ll be good too.
