i found my very own remedy for leg cramps....
i only got leg cramps three times which really hurt alot...what i did was in the evening after coming back from work,i told a hot water bath and then massage my legs,ankle and feet with olive oil and it did all the magic..not more pain.....

Dear Varsha,

Are you staying in India ??? If yes, then I think you must be joking........ (just kidding) but yaar, if you are in India how can you talk hot water bath in the month of June ???? and then rubbing oil on your skin in this season ...is killing !!!!!
