hi........actually i cut my hair really short last year.......well for the pass three motnhs i been trying to grow it but it is really very slow.........i am not a very old mother quite young juz twenty and i want my son to see his mum long hair

hi. ever heard of seven seas cod liver oil. u can take capsules..... d liquid ones stink. dat makes your hair grow lightning speed n ur nails too.

hi sandhu,

this happens sometimes and it wouldn't be right to say its abnormal. you probably are lacking in good proteins and vitamins. maybe even iron. i can't say anything about iron content- for that you must meet up a physician. take a lot of greens (green leafy vegetables and spinach (is a must for every meal of the day) this month, and you will see the difference. if you dont, then please wait for another month and see. besides, apply oil made of hibiscuss leaves and flowers dried and boiled in coconut oil for your hair. a little castor oil also can be added. drink a lot of water.
