Hi,
Has anybody heard or joined any pregnancy or yoga classes for pregnancy.

Anybody have any idea about the classes held by Dr. Rita Shah. She also has a website named as ninemonthspregnancy

how good is this class.

I asked my doctor about exercise and she told me to follow the exercise schedule from 20th week only.
