Hi guys, wanted to know if anyone else still has morning sickness, actually it is more like night sickness,starts in the evening like acidity, nasuea, bad taste in mouth and I am already in my second trimester and it does not seem to subside. I am in my second trimester too and facing the same problem. What i have figured out is that having an early dinner and walking after that helps.Also, you could take small amount of cold milk as and when you get this feeling.

Its my second time too. First time I did not experience any morning sickness. This time I had to take medication, it was that bad. it depends on ur heridity...sum may hav the sickness til their delivery too...tel ur doc..may be she' l give u sum medicines..if not...its nature to undergo al these..tats y we get a title called mother
