Hi girls,

I am very saddened and shocked to tell the bad news that my baby passed away a month before. On january 17 i had a checkup. At that time my BP, baby's heartbeat was normal. All my happiness came to an end on Jan 19th.

19th morning i didn't have any movements. Doctor asked me to see from 6 to 1am..So i waited till 12...but there were no movements..After that i had lunch... Even after having lunch i didn't feel any movements.So immediately i rushed to the hospital.

At that time only one doctor was there in the hospital. So after 15 min he did a doppler check. He asked me from when i didn't have movements.I told him and he said i am right on time. In doppler we didn't hear the heartbeat. At that time i knew that there was some problem. But the doctor said don't worry at times in the last trimester u will be able to see the heartbeat only thru u/s if the baby is lying in the tummy side.So immediately i was in the scan room.After doing the scan he confirmed that my baby is no more. I was in literal shock to hear..'coz at that time i was in my 36.5 weeks and was expecting that i wud be in labour any time.

Then on 20th january morning they induced the pain. They said no need for c-sec as the baby is alreay engaged in the pelvis. In the mean while my hubby came from singapore. After 8 hrs of labour my sweet little daughter was out. Her umbilical cord got wrapped tightely around her left ankle and 'coz of this the blood flow stopped and immediately the heartbeat too stopped.

I saw my cute little girl lying peacefully.I really donno y god took away my girl. Shalini replied. Hi Gayathri,

I am feeling really sad after reading your message..But as everyone in this board tells , be brave and strong. Try to be with ur family and pray to god. I am sure, God will give u a healthy and nice baby whenever you wish...it is a matter of time...

This is really a very bad news. Am so shocked to hear the loss of a full time baby.

U made me speechless...belive me just a few days ago i too was in ur place....the umbical cord got stuck around vedanths ears and the moved towards his neck which made his heart rate drop....the doppler too made made my heart rate shrink as it showed strange waves dropping and moving upwards and the heart sound stop suddenly and go up again.....
i know its easy to say than done....but plz be brave...regards to vijay...and wishing u a very happy and cute baby soon.....................

I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. I too went through the same phase in sep 2003 when i lost my son in 31 weeks. Time and prayers are the only solution and i know it's easier said than done. You'll surely be blessed with a very healthy baby soon.Take Care

Though I have never communicated with you before, my husband and I send you our deepeset heartfelt condolences. It is very hard to be comforted in this situation.

Do not look for answers, the \";Why\"; question will always be there. I say this because the same happened to our baby girl in my 38th week in June of 2003. It was my first pregnancy. Do not give up hope, talk about it as much as you feel the need to anybody who is comfortable listening to you, most importantly your husband. Let me know if you would like to talk about it.

I am speechless and no words to explain how saddening this moment is.

Of course loosing pregnancy is always painful but it gets harder and harder if that mishap occurs anywhere after 2nd trimester.

This is the hardest thing you will have to go through and no words of sympathy will help you control your tears or grieve. You are the only one person who she had developed bond and connection on this planet. You were the person who felt her first move and noticed everyday. It's certaily impossible moment for you.

My deep condolences and God bless your daughter's soul in heaven.

YOu did everhting you could and it was a full term that's more hurtful than anything.

Please be around with family and try to overcome, I know easier said than done. May be you in near future you will be blessed with a healthy baby. Remember she was special and only your angel.

I have always been wondering what happened to u, ever since i read ur reply to my birth story...also eversince u left the yahoo groups, i have been thinking of u on and off...
I am really sorry to hear ur loss....Please be bold...we can't always understand God's plan and purpose...only time will bring an answer...
