Feeding:Supplimenting ?

Hi Moms,
I delivered my second child baby boy in May born in 36th Week. He is Low weight by birth weighed 2 KGs only. Though he has caught up now and now is around 3 Kgs since past month and few more days.
I had been breastfeeding sometime exclusively and supplimenting whenever felt like once a day with Lactogen. Has anyone is such situation ? Which brand you are using for this ?

Another now after one and half months, I have to start looking after house, my elder kid etc all.

Any tips ? Can I start cows milk or continue with infant formula. I somehow feel am not sure if I can breastfeed now as its very exhausting. My baby sleeps at the breast too. He needs to be nursed at least 40-45 mins.

Any suggestions, tips, second time moms, please share.

Hello dear no need to worry so much as this is not a big issue please keep the way it is and keep breast feeding only the weight will increase as it happens with many mothers they start worrying about this but it should not be the case.

Hi there this is really tricky question as at one point you are saying your child is under weight and at same time you want to try such things on him and if this goes wrong then it will be a big concern for you.

Hi my friend the only thing you should give your son at the moment is breast feeding as that is only the right decision and nothing else will work and you should avoid giving the same.

Giving cows milk is not the solution as your child is under weight and for that you need to take good care of your child and also make sure you feed your son at regular intervals as that will only help to gain the proper weight of the child.

Hi there if you want to start the cows milk then you can but start with small portions and see whether there is any side effect to it and if not then you can start giving in proper portions.

Hi dear there is no other alternative as you only can take good care of your child and its only you who can feed your child properly, giving your child to a maid will also not be the good idea.

Hi one suggestion to you please make yourself relax and take good food and also follow a good healthy diet as breast feeding needs good diet for mothers if not then start on immediate basis.
