Hi
First of congratulation. I am in my 16th week. I am also having some pain in my hips and legs. I had my regular gynec visit last week and she suggested me to do some exercise and keep body moving. Also focus on how you are sitting, standing or sleeping. You might want to put one leg on small stool while you are in standing position. Hope this helps.

Domperidone
There is a medicine for this condition. If your child is spitting up BF as well as lactogen, then Farex would not be the solution. There is a medicine which contains Domperidone made exclusively for babies which effectively treats this condition. Ask your doctor and then if he gives the go ahead, you can try this medicine. ... - Mel [View Message]
