Miscarriage and Child Loss:BI CORNUATE uterus

Name: Me A

Hi all
I have just come on this site and would like anyone with any input on the situation of a bicornuate uterus to help me out.
I had two miscarriages both 6 wks, a few yrs back and now worried I will never be able to carry another one through. All doctors say that having a bicornuate means a 50/ 50 chance.
Does anyone know of any specalist in this area or have been through it? I think I need a very good gynac for right advice and does anyone know or have done any solutions to the above prob?

Bicoruate or other wise called as heart shaped uterus .. which is a rare in women .but it is not found out as the reason for any infertility or miscarriage.. Only prob lies in it is its difficult to carry to full term ..usually its a preterm labour and ends up in C-Sec .. As long as baby is healthy who cares about C-Sec ..
Pray well .. Good luck to you ..

Her husband was a doctor too, but besides all the knowledge they could do nothing. Then they tried going for IVF. At first they were resistant, they were double minded. RE:Coping With a Miscarriage
Hey! I hope you are doing well. Miscarriages are a terrible thing that can happen to a family. It is like your dream of having a child and the next moment it is all gone. There are various reasons why miscarriages happen. But I do not think that miscarriages should affect the relationship. It is the responsibility of the husband to understand that no one is at fault. If th... - Irene Camron [View Message]
