Hi this is Rains. I had a miscarraige in aug 2008. I suddenly started bleeding and after 2 days I passed a big clot. I had concieved on Fertyl tablets. After that doc asked me to wait for 3 months. IN the mean while I got 2 docs opinion. One said me to reduce weight and conceive naturally. I lost around 1.75 kgs and conceived naturally in January 2009. My periods were late by 10 days. HPT showed -ve result so I thought I am not pregrant. on the 10th day I went for a moring walk. I felt tired and I returned after about half hour. While walking my periods have Started. Then in the afternoon I passed a clot. I got a hint that I might be pregrnant. I went to the doc the next day. She got me tested for beta hcg. It came out positive. I was pregrannt. Now the doc has asked me to wait for a month and do a sonography the 2nd day of my next period.

It' s one week after my periods (miscarraige). I am feeling very tired, sleepy and have cramps in the stomach. My stomach also feels too heavy.

I called the doc she said it is normal. Is this felt by everyone?? or is there any chance that I can still be pregnant. Please reply

Its either you might still be pregnant what you bled may not be your pregnancy tissue or you miscarried trully but pregnancy hormones still in your body..
Usually after a miscarriage its takes about a month for the HCG to come to Zero depends on stage of pregnancy you miscarried ..
Fingers crossed .. do update what is the result ..
Good Luck .. lot of baby dust

Infertility is a very hard thing to hit a woman. I can't imagine what it must be like. My sister went through it. She was told that she was infertile by her doctor. Her husband was a doctor too, but besides all the knowledge they could do nothing. Then they tried going for IVF. At first they were resistant, they were double minded. But then my sister went to various fertil... - Lillian [View Message]

RE:Coping With a Miscarriage
Hey! I hope you are doing well. Miscarriages are a terrible thing that can happen to a family. It is like your dream of having a child and the next moment it is all gone. There are various reasons why miscarriages happen. But I do not think that miscarriages should affect the relationship. It is the responsibility of the husband to understand that no one is at fault. If th... - Irene Camron [View Message]
