hi neeru
congrtas 1st for ur little bundle of joy and asu have gone through a c section u cannot really do any hard drawn exercise give it atleat 4 mnths time and ask ur doc ...but as of now u can do 2 things which is absolutly safe
1st thing in the morning drink a cpl of glass of luke warm water with a bit of lemon ( avoid if baby dev gas)
2ndly walk if there is someone to take care of baby ..if not walk around the house counting 1000steps
3rd avoid greesy food totaly like ghee, butter ,fried stuff...
as u gain back ur strenght as u also had a long labour start with long walks ...a few crunches ...but do what ever never compromise with eating less...
also if u plan to breast feed at least 6mnths if u gained correctly all wt will go off
but as of now take the 1st step and enjoy
do let me know ...

That is still allright as many people nowadays believe it is good to join kids in LKG as late as... - Sujani [View Message]
