Due Date Club February 2005:constipation problem

hi all...my due date is near.. but still facing constipation prolem..am worried how will i be able to give birth a normal delivery...what if i would not able to push the baby..just wanted to know...will my this problem will create some problem in delivering normally...please let me know..thanks in advance..alikya

Hi Alikya,

My EDD is 23rd and i am in my 37th week. Unfortunately i dont have a solution to ur problem but i share the same problem.

For past few days i feel slightly constipated. i called my doc yesterday and she recommended Isabgol and another mild laxative. It has nt had a great effect as yet. I will take it regularly till sat when my visit to doc is due. Lets see what the doc says on sat.

Would be eager to see if anybody reples to our problem.

Hi ,
There should n't be any problem in pushing out baby.
I didn't have this problem , but doctor asked during contraction whether i passed motion or not . I I think if you haven't they give some medicine to clearout system.

So don't mix constipation with Normal delivery.
Relaxed and take care of yourself. Drink more water and eat fruits may help.

KK hospital i find is the best in singapore also cheap
It depends where u stay actually
If u are on the west coast then KK wont be far else if u stay near jurong there are many hosp for kids there
