Hi All,

I am in my 37th week and still going to office.

today in the morning i observed some strange patch on my face. i guess its on both cheeks but more prominent on the right one.

its like a dark patch near my cheek bone, darker than rest of the face. I am really worried. dont know what it is.

Has anybody else had a similar problem or can tell me what it is?

I m from March board and it is great to know that in ur 37th week also u r going to office ..I m also planning to go to office near to end of EDD ...lets see ...I m in 35 weeks and now people started asking me when i m going on leave so sometimes i feel embrassed ..but anyway i'll continue with my work if my body permits it...

I have heard that due to iron capsules sometimes dark patches comes, one of my friend had that problem, but in ur case i m not sure as u must be taking tablets from quite sometime. But i think no need to worry just take rest and better to ask ur doc.

Thanks for your reply on my post. I am back to feeling lazy and tired today the nesting period seemed to last only for the weekend!! I think what you have is just skin pigmentation and it is quite common in pregnancy due to the hormones. As long as it's not a rash and doesn't itch. But you could ask your doctor just to be sure.

Otherwise all is well, counting days now. And as February dawns upon us to all us Feb mums - best of luck! It will be great to know which of us is the 1st one to deliver.
