Can someone please tell me whether it is okay if I have taken saffron with milk just 3 times not knowing that it causes body heat? I am in the 6th week of my pregnancy now. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Don't worry about what u already took. If u r so unsure, discontinue taking saffron for sometime & u can start again in 2nd trimester. But I think what u r doing now is ok.

Dear Ranmag,
I have to say this is one fermented yet lot of different opinion question you have asked.

Many says different things and if you want then wait till you finish your first trimester and start sometime in second trimester.

Geetha has asked this a in last month. I told her and will repeat, I have been taking Saffron since I am 8 weeks pregnant. This is also included in cuisine inparticular in Gujarat. At the same time for the sake of baby have to buy what others have said.

It should be OK what you drank so far. YOu can wait for second trimester to start before you re-start your Saffron intake.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
