Hi All,

It seems since last 2 days my baby is not at all in mood to kick me. Earlier I used to feel as if he/she is trying to learn boxing or wrestling but since last 2 days I am feeling very less movements. Only after having lunch or dinner he/she shows some sign otherwise remains quite.
Is it normal or something to worry about? I am scared a bit. I am into 28th week.
Please help. I was planning to go to my doc. Should I ?

Congrats that now you have started feeling the kicks. I have been through the same trauma last week ( I am 27 weeks pregnant) and my doctor told me that there are some dull days for baby as well, similar to a mature human beings and thus at times we feel that baby is not moving or frequency of kicks had reduced. So its really important to have a stress free and happy envirnoment around you so that the you or your baby doesn’t feel dull.

Hi Lakshmi, real & Dimple,

Thanks a lot for your reply & kind words. I have started feeling the kicks now, infact with somewhat more pressure now :-)
I guess my baby was taking rest for a while. I was planning to show to my doc but the same day my baby started responding.

Now I am more relaxed & enjoying the kicks.

I know how you feel if baby doesn' t move a lot & i would say that follow your own insticnts & if it' s more than 2 days then you should go to the doctor if for nothing else then for your own mental satisfaction...

Hi SV,
Dont worry, It happend once with me. when i was in 24th week, my baby movements were very low ....that day baby kicked me once or twice,thats it.
But the next day baby movements were in high.
I would suggest you to see your doctor, coz its already 2 days . and update me after seeing your doctor

don´ t panic,it happened to me also,infact last day i didn´ t feel kicks of my baby,but i have taken experience,ya if ur baby is not kicking at all within 5-6 hours,(atleast once)then u should contact to ur docter.i can understand what u r feeling right now.when this happened to me ,i almost start crying,but soon my baby start responding me.dont worry and take care.....
