Nowadays kids feel neglected because of their parents behaviour towards them... when kids need parents, parents are busy in their own world, with their own friends. kids need your time not status!

Parents can keep their babies in day care if they are going out ... and in today’s generation it’s become too common day care, baby sitting, etc.

I am a working mother and i know how difficult it was to manage kids and our own desire as they become our 1st priority... but now i can manage it as i have got new nanny for my kids... i and my husband keep our kids with nanny and go out for weekends.. Thank to that nanny i can manage everything.

I feel keeping kids with nanny is a bad idea as kids start loving and get more closer to those nannies instead of their mother or father..kids feel left out ..housewife

Hey i don agree , if ur kids are feeling comfortable, safe with the nanny then there is no harm in keeping a nanny or care taker..
